The Skyshed POD is the perfect backyard observatory.
Under $2,000.oo US, with plenty of room for storage. I built a 12 foot
octagonal deck for my POD so I could walk around outside it. This turns
out to have been an excellent idea. Had I gone with the 8 foot deck I
would not have had support for the POD bays. I would also have had
trouble clearing snow from the POD in the winter months.o
