I Joseph McDaniel of Providence Twp. Bedford Co Pa

My well-beloved wife Ann one riding horse and saddle My eldest son Amos, one bay mare My six children: Amos, Joel, Peter, Ruben, Mary and Susanner

But in case my son Joel refuses to return home and help to till the land and help to support and maintain his other during her widowhood

To eldest son Amos, 150 acres of land, adjoining the lands of is brother Peter

To son Peter, 110 acres of land, adjoining land of Uriah Hughes

To youngest son Ruben 100 acres of land adjoing land I gave Amos

To my daughters Mary and Susanner 25 acres of patented land, right joining the East end of Esquire Riddles land

Appoints wife and son Amos executors
