Prov: Part of original UDC Museum Collection, this was Mrs. Greenhow's London address book listing such celebreties as Florence Nightingale.

Notes: Rose O'Neal Greenhow, of the Neal  family of Port Tobacco, Md, was an active Washington hostess and Confederate spy in Washington, DC during the Civil War. She drowned trying to reach shore at Fort Fisher after a fund-raising trip to England. Accession file has more.
