Job O'Neal Death Certificate
Job O'NEAL son of John O'NEAL and Priscilla CUNARD was born on 8 Jun 1833 in Bedford  County, Pennsylvania, and died on 17 Mar 1907 in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas, at age 73. He was buried in Caldwell Cemetery, Franklin County, Kansas. 
The Obituary of Job O'Neal SUDDEN DEATH OF JOB O'NEAL
-- Well Known Old-time Resident of Franklin County Passed Away Yesterday Morning.----------
    Job O'Neal died suddenly of heart failure yesterday morning about 7 o'clock at the home of his son-in-law, Frank Doman, three miles east of Princeton.  He had had some trouble with his heart at various times but was in ordinary health up to a few minutes before his death.  Mr. O'Neal was born in Bedford County, Pennsylvania., June 8, 1833. 
    He was married to Miss Rachel Cooper June 5, 1856.  Seven children were born to them, all of whom are living, with the exception of the youngest son William, who died in Portland, Oregon, in 1899.  The other children are Mrs. F. G. Miller, Springfield, Mo.; John O'Neal, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Jane Whitacre, Ottawa; George O'Neal, Richmond; Mrs. J. F. Doman, Princeton; Mrs. Lou Evans, Ottawa . 
    His wife died December 15, 1873. He moved from Pennsylvania to Ottawa in April, 1870, and resided in Franklin County almost continuously to the time of his death.  Mr. O'Neal served three years during the Civil War in the 77th Pennsylvania.  The funeral services will be held at the home of Frank Doman at 10 o'clock a.m., Tuesday.  Burial at Antioch Cemetery.  The following old soldiers from Ottowa will act as pall bearers:  P. Kaiser, W. W. Fraser, Wm. Howard, Dr. Sparks, Matt Semple, N. H. Lindzy.

While the obituary states that Job will be buried in Antioch Cemetery, Franklin County, Kansas Cemetery Transription records indicate that he and Rachael were actually buried in Caldwell Cemetery. If anyone can shed any light on this controversy, please let me know.
