Check this out......Seems William, III had portions of this property placed in a deed of trust also.

ONEALE William III Elizabeth Lodge Deed of trust.
Wm O'Neale, farmer, to Robert Wallace, merchant: pt of "Exchange" and
"New Exchange Enlarged", pt. Of "Wheel of Fortune", Resurvey on "Wheel
of
Fortune", Pt of "Partnership", "Ireland" (conveyed by Wm O'Neale and
Edward Willott to Wm O'Neale III Aug 29, 1806 and Jan 4 1808).
All personal property (6 slaves, furniture, grain, live-stock, etc)
to have and hold real and personal property in trust for use of Elizabeth
O'Neale, wife of Wm.
O'Neale and after her death for benefit of: Ann O'Neale, Elizabeth
West, Mary Jones, Joanna Peddicord, Sarah Nicholls, Catherine O'Neale,
Eleanor
O'Neale. All daughters of Wm O'Neale; and the heirs of their
bodies, as tenants in common
