| We found another
Confederate Museum near Washington, Georgia. It was also the site of
the home of Alexander Stephens, Vice President of The Confederacy. The highlight of this stop was found in Mr. Stephens personal Library. He had a complete (original) set of the Official Records of the War of the Rebellion. Like typical tourists, we spent quite a bit in the museum store. I now have "punkin balls," confederate money, a confederate cap, a confederate rifle letter opener, and some posters and some new books to add to my growing collection. |
